Change ;’>

If I could change one thing about my life, I would change my father’s mistake of leaving us. It’s the worst thing I ever experienced. Having no father is like growing without life. I want to experience having a father like my friends and classmates felt. In the early years of my life, every single day that he was not there was a new hatred I felt to him. My life was like someone is really missing. He left us when I was still very young, as long as I grow up I really didn’t know why he did it to us. And what is the reason of doing it. It was never be easy to grow up without a father or what they called “dad” .

I can imagine my life would be happy so if he didn’t leaved us. It is nice to have a happy & complete family. My life won’t be so much miserable. But because of this happening in my life I used this as my inspiration to be a successful person someday. That one day when we met he would be proud of me. He will still remain in my heart and my mind.    :]]

MOVING ON isn’t EASY ! D:

Standard

I’ll be honest with you. Moving on isn’t easy. I’d think moving on is just a matter of putting the past behind us. I mean, you want to move on? Just forget about the past! Get over it. Look onward to the future. Keep yourself busy with other things.

Uh-uh – Not so easy. While these do help in some way, I realized there is more than meets the eye. No matter how I tried to push away the past, the past hung there like a shroud, affecting the way I thought about myself, my decisions and actions. Ultimately, there were past baggages to clear and subconscious, erroneous beliefs to untangle before I could really move on. All these require an ability to think consciously and to maintain a level of objectivity, which is hard because such matters are usually linked to deep sorrows and injured pride.

Often, we think we have moved on but we haven’t. This was the case for me for the past few years. For the longest time, while I thought I had moved on, subconsciously I had not. Thinking you have moved on and having really moved on are two separate situations altogether. In the former, you continue to live under the shadow of that person or relationship without realizing it. You think you have been liberated but truth is you are still living in a mental prison as you keep thinking about the person and past memories. This prevents you from receiving new things in your life.

For you to move on, you have to first know whether you have moved on or not. Here are signs to tell if you have not moved on:

–  When you think of the person more often than not.

– When you think about him/her even though you don’t want to.

– When you keep mentally reliving past memories with him/her, usually the happy/sweet ones.

– When he/she comes to mind the first instant when you are down and out.

– When you still have questions and resignations about the past. You wonder what could have been or why didn’t it turn out a certain way.

– When you keep trying to improve yourself because you feel you were not good enough (for him/her).

– When you have a desire or urge to contact him/her even though you previously told yourself you didn’t want to.

Moving On takes time ..You must have time to really move on from your past relationship. To really forget the feelings you have from that person. You have to let go ..!

We can relate from this song “I LOVE YOU GOODBYE!” :))

Tips to STAY PRETTY (;

Standard

Almost everyone desires to be beautiful. Women, in particular, invest even their hard-earned money every month for beauty products, beauty services, and the like. Nowadays, quite a number of the male population, too, are finding it rather necessary to take care of their skin. In fact, department stores and salon clinics everywhere are now offering facial treatments for men!

The desire to be beautiful is not simply a fad. Fads fade away easily. But the desire for beauty does not. Some people may think it a bit superficial or vain, but a beautiful face always makes a lasting impression — and this is probably one reason why the desire to be beautiful is not just a fad.

There are many beauty products available in the market today. These beauty products may suit every skin type, skin color, and practically every need. There are beauty products specific for men, and products that are exclusively for women only. And they come at a certain price, of course.

But to be beautiful and to stay beautiful need not be expensive. They may even come free of charge. Sleep, for instance, does not cost anything, but getting enough sleep everyday can do wonders for the skin. Ever noticed how one’s eyes get all puffed up and sore when the individual did not have a good night’s sleep? At least seven to eight hours of well-rested sleep everyday is recommended to have healthy, glowing skin.

Another beauty tip that does not cost a dime is drinking water. At least eight glasses of water a day hydrates the skin, making it supple it glows with health! Have a glass of water upon arising in the morning, another glass each before and after every meal, and another glass before retiring to bed. Within a few weeks, one is likely to notice a great change in you.

There are also fruits, spices, and other stuffs you use in the kitchen that you can turn into beauty products right in your own home. And they are not expensive at all! For example, a couple of drops of fresh lemon juice when mixed with an egg white make a great wrinkle remover. Baking soda can effectively remove blemishes on the skin. Vinegar is good for the hair. Apple cider vinegar, in particular, is a great dandruff fighter, while vinegar mixed with cold water can make the hair shine with life. A quarter of honey is perfect to achieve silky skin. Mix it with vegetable oil and lemon juice and you have a great skin smoothener. You do not even need to go to a dermatologist to treat crow’s feet. Simply dab egg white onto the lines and finish it off with vegetable oil. Then watch as the lines magically disappear!

Best of all, always looks at things in a positive light. A healthy disposition radiates in one’s face, illuminating her with inner beauty. Smile – and don’t forget to do this often. A person who constantly smiles is always beautiful — inside and out.

Anne Curtis, she is one of my beautiful women in the showbiz industry, inside & out! :]

I really like Sarah Gerenimo for being simple. And she is also one of the beautiful ladies in showbiz. She has “uncabogable” voice :>
